Terms & Conditions

Long Term/Seasonal 

  1. All campsites must be kept clean and uncluttered. No storage of any items under RV(per City Ordinance), and no skirting or curtains permitted.  

  2. Storage bins, totes are not permitted to be used as additional storage outside and should be kept inside RV compartments.

3. Seasonal and Long term guests are allowed 1 outside storage/patio box. (ie.Rubbermaid type container) no larger than 54” wide x 48” tall x 36” deep. Location is to be either directly at the rear of the RV or on the awning side near the rear of the RV.  Type and location must be pre-approved by management. All storage containers must be on pavers if not located on cement patio. No wood platforms or bases.  

No Sheds Allowed. When you leave you must take with you. 

 

  1. Guests are allowed only one pop up canopy or (gazebo, long term guest only). It can be no larger than 10ft x 10ft and may not impede on neighbors or the ability of staff to perform their duties. It cannot be secured to fences or any property belonging to the campground. These are for outdoor pleasure, not to be used for storage. Solid side panels/curtains are not permitted, screened curtains are allowed, If you leave temporarily, or in cases of severe weather, please put these items away.  

 

  1. Motorcycle/bicycle/Golf Cart shells or garages will no longer be permitted. 

 

  1. STAFF MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO FREELY GET AROUND ON ALL SIDES OF YOUR SITE AND ALONG FENCE LINES. 

 

 7.Sewer, water and cable lines should be kept organized and off ground as much as possible. This is to allow staff to safely trim around your site. Please note Endless Summer is not responsible for damage to sewer, water or cable lines. 

 

  1. Plants shall be limited to no more than 8 potted plants per site. NO PLANTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PLANTED ON SITES. They must be able to be picked up and moved by yourself and taken with you if you leave for any length of time. Location of plants shall be limited to your concrete pad, under your main awning if you do not have a pad or under your gazebo. No greenhouses are allowed. (Staff member on Site 561 maintains plants in park and therefore will have more plants at their site from time to time.) 

 

  1. Long term customers only who do not have a concrete pad may install pavers with approval of management. Pavers shall be concrete in color and 16x16 in size. The use of pavers to extend patio or for a sidewalk is prohibited. The use of gravel, stone, mulch etc is not permitted on sites. The addition of soil, sod or anything that changes geographic elevations also are not permitted. 

 

  1. Carpets shall only be RV style polypropylene material. They can only be located on concrete pad or under primary awning if you do not have a pad. If you have a canopy or gazebo you are permitted to have a carpet under it. Grass carpet or regular outdoor carpet is not allowed. Carpets are not allowed any other places. 

 

  1. Outdoor RV/Patio furniture is permitted, household furniture of any type or appliances are not permitted 

 

  1. Parking is limited to one vehicle per site. Please refer to Parking Policies, Regulations & Enforcement for further information, not covered here. Due to the increase in the number of golf carts, motorcycles and site limitations we are implementing the following changes. Sites are limited to 1 golf cart per site, 2 motorcycles per site(except for Bike Week and Biketoberfest). Motorcycle camper trailers or cargo type trailers are no longer able to be stored on site. No motorized vehicles allowed on concrete pads. DO NOT PARK ON OPEN SITES. 

  1. Pets are welcomed as long as pet owners follow the rules and respect other customers. Pets when outside must be on a leash and attached to their owner. The use of runners, leads, stakes are strictly prohibited. Dog fences, kennels or crates are not permitted. Electronic collars fences etc does not act as or replace a leash. Leashes are to be of such length that the pet can be controlled by you and not infringe on other customers or sites. We provide a fenced in area for your pet to be able to run off leash. The common areas of the park, behind or between sites and open sites are not walk areas. There are also dog stations throughout the park proper disposal of dog waste. It is mandatory to immediately clean up after your pet. Do not drop along road or on other peoples sites. Failure to follow the can and will lead to you be asked to leave. 

All Rentals:

CAMPSITE RENTAL: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you plan to extend your stay, please come to the office and make arrangements as soon as possible. No refunds will be made on paid campsites. Please leave your campsite near and clean when departing. Please park in your designated site only. No more than 6 people plus 1 vehicle per site.

  • SWIMMING POOL: Pool opens 10:00 a.m. to DUSK, weather permitting, NO LIFEGUARD.

  • CHILDREN UNDER 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all recreational areas.

  • LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Laundry is available (see site map) Change and detergent are available at the store.

  • CAMPSITES: Do not cut through other campsites. No clotheslines. No dumping of gray or black water on the ground. No portable containers allowed. No appliances of any type allowed on patio. Outdoor furniture only permitted on patio. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON PATIO.

  • GARBAGE: All trash must be bagged and placed at roadside between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM only. Our staff will pick it up for you if it is available during those hours. If outside those hours you will need to dispose of it in the dumpster yourself.

  • QUIET HOURS: Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Strictly enforced. Voices and noise must be at a minimum during these hours.

  • VEHICLES: The maximum speed is 10 MPH. One vehicle per site. No utility trailers on site. All vehicles must be operational and registered at the office.

  • VISITORS: Campers are responsible for their guests. All visitors must be registered at the office. No visitors allowed after 11:00 PM. Any and all individuals not included in your reservation are considered visitors and are subject to the visitor fees.

  • PETS: Pets are welcome. Pets must be under control at all times and never left alone. They must be leashed (max leash length 6 ft.) and owners must clean up after their dogs throughout the park. No outdoor kennels, fences, stakes or runners.

  • FIRE RINGS: Only permitted with approval of office staff.

  • NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

  • IN ADDITION: WE WILL NOT TOLERATE Loud Noises, Fighting, Abusive Language, Drunkenness, disturbing others and speeding (speed limit 10 MPH).

  • NO FIREWORDS or ground fires allowed.

  • NO DRONES

  • WRISTBANDS required to be worn by ALL campers during special events. NO WRISTBAND, NO ENTRY!

 This property is privately owned. The camper and all guests of your site accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, it's officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of it's camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, it's officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of it's facilities.
