Delhi RV Park — Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice required for a refund. All cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date or departure date to be eligible for any refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

Rate adjustments for shortened stays. Reservation rates are based on the length of stay originally booked (for example, weekly or monthly rates are discounted off the nightly rate). If a cancellation shortens a guest's actual length of stay, the reservation will be re-rated at whichever rate applies to the length actually stayed. For example, a guest originally booked — and charged — for a full month who cancels partway through and ends up staying two weeks will be re-rated at the two-week rate rather than the monthly rate. Any difference between the amount originally charged and the recalculated rate will be deducted from the refund.

Processing fees are non-refundable. Processing fees are not refunded under any circumstances, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Refund method.

• Payments made by credit card are refunded to the original card used.

• Payments made by cash, check, or ACH are refunded by check mailed to the address on file.

Reissued check fee. If a refund check has to be reissued or reprocessed — for example, because the original check was lost or the address on file was incorrect — a $60 fee is deducted from the refund amount.
