Delhi RV Park — Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation and/or staying at Delhi RV Park ("the Park," "we," "us"), the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods: [credit card, cash, check, ACH]. Rates are based on nightly, weekly, or monthly stay length as quoted at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date to be eligible for any refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

If a cancellation shortens a guest's actual length of stay, the reservation will be re-rated at whichever rate applies to the length actually stayed, and any difference will be deducted from the refund. Processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. Payments made by credit card are refunded to the original card used; payments made by cash, check, or ACH are refunded by check mailed to the address on file. If a refund check must be reissued or reprocessed (e.g., lost check, incorrect address on file), a $60 fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Guests must pack all belongings and settle any outstanding balance before check-out. Guests who cannot check out by 10:00 AM will be charged $65 for the day.

4. Site Occupancy

Maximum occupancy per site is 4 adults and 2 children (ages 0–12). All occupants must be registered to the reservation. Guests may not add permanent or semi-permanent structures, decking, fencing, or landscaping to a site without prior written approval from Park management.

5. RVs & Vehicles

Sites are sized for RVs up to 50 ft in length. One (1) vehicle permitted per site. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.

6. Utilities & Hookups

Sites include water, sewer, and electric service 20/30/50 amp. Guests may not exceed the amperage provided for their site or tamper with utility connections. Sewer connections must use an approved sewer hose with a tight seal; dumping outside of designated connections is prohibited.

7. Conduct & Site Rules

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. Campfire policy — fires permitted only in designated fire rings, must be attended at all times. The Park reserves the right to ask any guest engaging in disorderly, illegal, or unsafe conduct to leave the Park without a refund.

8. Pets

Pets must be leashed at all times. One pet is allowed per site. Guests must clean up after their pet immediately.

9. Trash

A dumpster is located at the front of the Park for guest trash. All boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster.

10. Mail & Packages

Mail sent to the Park address is held in the mailbox near the office; checking it is the guest's responsibility. Guests who wish to receive packages directly at their site should include their lot number on the package — carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will often deliver directly to the site when the lot number is included.

11. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests use all Park facilities and grounds at their own risk. The Park is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to person or property arising from a guest's stay, except where caused by the Park's own negligence. Guests are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance for their RV, vehicle, and personal property.

12. Damage to Park Property

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to Park property, equipment, or grounds caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets during their stay.

13. Right to Refuse Service

The Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or remove a guest from the property for violation of these Terms & Conditions, at the Park's discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

The Park reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and posted rates at any time. The terms in effect at the time of a guest's stay will apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and Richland Parish.

16. Acceptance

By submitting a reservation and/or staying at Delhi RV Park, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
