Great view from the waterfront spaces and if you have a toy hauler, open the back deck to feel like you are actually in the water. Great hospitality and very peaceful. Best campsite of our trip up and down California, set the bar

This was a cool little spot. Sites are quite small and close together, but it works. We were comfortable and all the neighbors were nice and thoughtful. Bathrooms a little old and funky, but clean. Walking distance to downtown and delicious off shore breeze keeping the temps cool.
