Very clean and well-maintained. The individual fenced yards for each RV made you feel like you had your own private yard. Bruce the manager is a hands so if you need anything, he’s there to help

Sacramento has few choices to choose from for RV visitors. This place has been steadily improved to provide beauty,, amenities, friendly people and gated security. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful.
