Nestled adjacent to dozens of open desert acres, this community offers privately owned mobile homes and 56 extra large RV spaces for seasonal rent. Here, you can relax with the sounds of nature all around you, float in the pools warmed by natural hot springs, drink in the views or hit the trail and hike miles of miles paths. The amenities include pools heated by hot springs, a cold pool, hot tubs, sauna, billiards, pickle ball, a large recreation hall, RC car track, desert trails off the property, or explore what the "Desert Empire" has to offer in surrounding Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Full-time and seasonal Senior (55+) Mobile Home Residents and Seasonal RV vacationers alike return year after year to enjoy this little community. The RV sites are extra large and there is more than enough space on each site for any sized RV.

Electricity is included in all rates except for Summer Season (May 1-September 30) stays over 1 month long. All stays under 2 months must pay for balance of entire reservation upon arrival (otherwise you can pay monthly based on arrival date).
