RV pads are just large enough for parking. Pads are crowned in the middle to much. Elevation from pad to native soil is quite a drop not allowing for any outside seating under awnings. Was very rainy and muddy. Quiet and affordable.

The site had lots of weeds, was not well marked and it was confusing where to sign in. In our individual site there was low points where there was still standing water. The gravel could use leveling as each side had a slope. For the price if you need an overnight stop it’s fine. But would not recommend anything more than that.
