Campground is a work in progress, which your asked to please excuse their mess. Understanding that the other is no sewer at site to hook to, but they come and pump your tank how nice . Dump site is on premises. Beautiful scenery and water views. Once finished we believe it will be very nice. We were looking for a relaxing week and it delivered that for us.

We were looking a campground to just relax. This campground did not disappoint. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Greeted us upon arrival . They went above and beyond to look out for us. We needed our tanks pumped out…. Unexpectedly. This was taken care of by the owners. We highly recommend this campground. We will be back!!

Place has a lot of potential... its just not ready yet. It's a great location and view but needs more work. No access to the river and sites are not well marked or cleaned out. We will try again in a yearbook two

So peaceful and serene! Loved site #1 right on water. Put the kayak in right across from site 5 and had a lovely time paddling around. Husband did some fishing on the bank. Cooked alot and relaxed. Used their pump out service before leaving to go home. Very convenient. We had water/electric only at our site. Will DEFINITELY be back.

The park is very clean and very quiet. It has a water view which is very peaceful. Very nice people. We wish them luck for completeing the park.

Peaceful friendly beautiful views! Felt I was among nature. Lots of wildlife to see especially birds! Looking forward to watching them grow!

The stay was amazing. The RV Spots are extremely spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The hiking trails are clear. Plenty of fishing on the river or the stocked pond. The dog area is one of the largest at a RV park and had plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Having no sewer hook up was very pleasant. Made the whole experience that so much better. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

Your camp ground is not as it appears on your web site. Very much a disappointment. This is false advertisement

Beautiful property and great hosts (owners). Campground is still under construction and we'll denatured be going back to watch it come to fruition. There is so much potential there and once it is finished, it'll be a 5 star campground. For now it is a very basic "back to nature " campground which lends to a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Steve and Joan work hard to accommodate campers and make them feel welcome.

Brochure an lot said full hookup, only had water and electric, no sewer hookup.....walked around and none of the sites had sewer hookup

Even though Dixon Landing RV Resort is a lot of construction to do, it was very pieceful and quiet. The view of the river at sun rise and sunset were breath taking. Mr. Steve, Resort Manager was so helpful and polite. We have already made plans to return in May, I believe Dixon anding will be a top notch Resort once they complete the construction.
