Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

• No Refunds After Check-In: No refunds will be issued after the guest has checked in, regardless of the circumstances.

• Rule Violations: Refunds will not be granted if a guest is asked to leave the premises due to failure to follow the park’s Rules & Regulations or for disorderly conduct.

• Management Discretion: The Park Manager or Owner reserves the right to assess and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may be considered, but the decision of the management is final.

• Unforeseen Events: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or early departures due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond the control of Dominion Oaks RV Park.

• Weather-Related Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather.
