Beautiful location but from the picture, we did not expect how difficult it would be to back the camper into the spot. It had to be turned from a very sharp angle. Other than that it was a great!

The bathroom near my camp site was down made it ruff at night when had to use bathroom other then that it was good camp host where very nice and helpful will stay again in the future thank you

Everything was good the only thing is at site 54 there are tree limbs that hit the top of our 5th wheel. We had to move over to where our water barely reached to try to keep them off our air conditioners. Had the same problem last time we camped in that site. Those trees need to be trimmed back so they don’t hit the top of campers.

This is a small campground on Douglas Lake. We will go again. The bathrooms need deep cleaning, pretty nasty. The lake was low which is typical this time of year in TN. The waterfront sites have great views and are spacious, but are steep and some not so easy to get into. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the managers are very nice and accommodating. We are hoping all the trash that has washed up after they lower the water gets cleaned up.

The picnic table was cemented in place and up close to the camper and half under our awning. The staff was amazing and so was the view. The layout of the campsite was the only negative. Our site was number 30

Very clean and right on the water. Price was great. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburgh. Friendly staff and down the road is a marina with a fantastic restaurant.
