Very friendly staff, bathrooms were very nice, tons of space to roam around and walk your dogs. Beach was small but nice, definitely will be returning.

Tight spots

The campground was great. I did wish they made the lake’s E. coli warning available before booking the site. However, I did think it was fun and had plenty of options for things to do.

Great beach. Lake was great for the kids. Very nice bathrooms that were always stocked and clean. My youngest loved the playground and sandbox. Only complaint was how small our site was but I think we had one of the smaller ones, they are tight but overall would book again! Great family running the campground, very friendly and we’re out enjoying the areas with their kids often!

Had a great stay at Dumont Lake! This was our first time and most certainly won't be our last. We went 4th of July weekend and they really put together a fun, enjoyable, activity filled celebration! From the check in to the activities. They made it easy on us parents! We stayed in a site and tent camped. The bathrooms are centrally located and new! They offer a rec room with AC and had movie night every night we stayed. The beach is a hike but worth it. You can drive down and walk right onto the beach. They offer kayaks and paddle boards for rental. Overall a great stay. Only word of caution if you choose a site by the road you will hear traffic, did not affect our stay but something to note if you have littler kids.

The campground was great. Out first time there and we were pleased. Rented a primitive spot for the weekend and couldn’t be happier. It was quiet, people were friendly and the port a potty was super clean!! Thank you Dumont Lake Campground.

Sites are very small and unlevel. Beach was fine but the depth was very inconsistent so watch out. Fire pit was basically unusable. Hadn’t been cleaned and was too close to neighboring site. Fishing ponds had a lot of turtles and frogs no fish though.
