Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for weather conditions, voluntary early departures, acts of nature, or evictions. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded only to the original card used, no exceptions. In lieu of a refund, a reservation credit may be issued for a future stay and must be used within one (1) year from the date of issuance.
