- RV’s and travel trailers should be well-maintained, in good condition and appearance. They must also have up-to-date liability insurance coverage.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
- All guests and visitors MUST REGISTER in the office upon arrival. If your RV is 20 years or older, please contact our staff before reserving. You'll need to provide photos for condition approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. Violating any rules or state laws may result in dismissal from the park without a refund.
- Rent is paid on the first of each month. No exceptions. Please note that if rent is not paid within five calendar days after the due date, a late fee of $25 will apply. Starting on the sixth day, an additional late charge of $5 per day will accrue until the rent is paid.
- Parking on empty campsites or roadways is prohibited. Please park vehicles only in designated areas.
- Each space is limited to a maximum of 2 pets. Guests must clean up after their pets immediately, and pets must always be leashed and under control. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is prohibited and may lead to eviction from the park without a refund, or pets may need to be removed. Please note that pet crates, kennels, and fences are not permitted on the designated site.
- Please ensure that both your pets and small children are supervised at all times.
- The speed limit within the campground is a maximum of 10 MPH.
- Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or pets. All guests must comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or any damage, loss, or theft of personal property or vehicles. Tenants & Guests must secure their belongings, as the park is not liable for theft or damage.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly and only within your designated campsite.
- The park allows mail and package deliveries for guests during their stay. Once you leave the park, please ensure no further mail is sent here. Any mail for former guests will be discarded. We are not liable for mail that you do not receive after your departure.
- Please ensure all trash is disposed of in the enclosed receptacles located throughout the property. Do not leave any trash outside overnight.
- Avoid playing loud music or creating excessive noise that might disturb others. Unruly behavior is not permitted—maintain appropriate conduct at all times.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
- Altering the campsite, such as digging or installing equipment or fences, is not permitted without management approval.
- Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, cots, and clotheslines are not permitted outdoors.
- The use of chemicals, paint products, fireworks, and any hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted if used safely and attended. However, open fires are not allowed.
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Maintenance or washing of RVs and vehicles on the property is not permitted.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property is prohibited without written permission.
- The total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
- Background and criminal checks are required for anyone staying 1 month or longer.
- Tenants looking to rent for over 6 months must visit the office to sign an official Lease Agreement.
- Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as deemed necessary.
- Tenants assume all risks associated with these terms and agree to hold the landlord harmless, indemnifying them against any liabilities.
