The campground was OK, but when I informed management that one of the toilets was out of toilet paper and the trash container was overflowing, the response was don’t you use the toilet in your RV? We do, but when we are paying for a campsite, I expect the amenities at the campground to be clean and properly maintained. From a customer service perspective, asking me if I use the toilet in my RV was not the correct response, more like thank you for letting us know, we will take care of it, would have been more appropriate.
