Hadley's Point Campground — Reviews

Great campground, nice space between sites, lots of trees, amenities available. Be aware showers are $.50 /7 min. and it takes several minutes to warm the water - especially in cooler weather. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and its convenience to Acadia.

Very nice campground, which is convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

It is a beautiful campground; easy to access! Our site location was beautiful, but the ground level was was terrible-very uneven. We had trouble in our 35 foot RV getting level and it had dirt-looked like an old road bed.

Quiet, clean, and convenient!

We arrived a day early and they took care of us and even allowed us to change sites for our actual stay. Sites were clean and water and electric worked as they should. The campground is a short ride to Acadia which made it easy to come back for meals.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and close by (we were at campsite C-30). We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely would stay there again the next time we’re up in Bar Harbor.

Staff we encountered were very nice. The bathrooms and showers were not cleaned the three nights were were there. I understand some guests may be sloppy, but at least emptying trash and brushing down the showers and maybe changing out the very gross shower mats daily is a minimum. Spider webs have clearly been there in the washrooms and showers for a while. The mirrors are great. At least one more hook in the women's washroom would be nice.

Nice campground, friendly staff, easy to hop the shuttle to the various activities around Bar Harbor.
