Friendly, clean, private site options and shuttle transportation to town. Quiet

Nice staff, level spots, good facilities.

Location was key! 10 mins to park entrance!

Very organized. Smooth check in. Helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet stay. Loved the bus shuttle service! What an easy way to get around. We loved having wifi! I found the price reasonable. We had a site with water & electric.

Such a friendly staff

The campground was so peaceful and everyone, from staff to guests, were welcoming! I just wish it had been a little warmer so we could have tried out the pool!!

Our stay was very nice. The curbside checkin was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We utilized the Island Explorer shuttle bus which was great! We didn't have to worry about traffic and parking. The only disappointment was the small size site with not much privacy.

Very nice, organized, and beautiful Campground

All the amenities are available. Our particular site was crammed like a parking lot with fire rings next to the road. Our neighbor left their barking dogs while they went on excursions even though the campground has rules against that. They charged for using their showers which is unusual. Best part is how close the campground is to Hadley's point. With that said, there are much nicer sites in the campground and super nice cabins.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient on the shuttle bus route.

We were greeted by an older man in a MAGA hat, which did NOT make us feel welcome, or want to give these people our business again. An old campground with not much to compliment except the location.

The staff was great. The sites were to close for us. We couldn’t even have a fire. We were afraid of smoking out, or starting the camper next to us on fire. We probably won’t be back. I think most people would be happy to pay a little more for larger sites. If you need the money to operate.

Staff is excellent! Place is clean and well kept. Full hookup sites are close but expected when you are in such a popular place. Tent sites are more private. You can ride bikes on mostly backroads to Acadia but you have to go a few miles on heavy traffic roads. You can walk to the beach and rent a kayak.
