Cancellation Policy

Reservations

Guests may cancel a reservation with only incurring a $10 cancellation fee, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in date, (14 days for Holidays and Special Events) based on the local time of the property. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will be charged for the entire cost of the reservation.  

Non-Refundable Reservations

Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate are final at the time of booking. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows, regardless of the reason.

Early Departures

We are not able to offer any refunds or credits for any reservations wishing to depart before their scheduled check-out date. 

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the first night’s stay. The remainder of the reservation will be automatically cancelled, if a reservation is prepaid no credit or refund will be issued. 

Group Reservations

Group bookings of five (5) or more rooms are subject to a separate cancellation policy outlined in the group contract. Please contact our reservations team directly for details.

How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us directly at 540-297-1500.

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms must be cancelled or modified with that platform and may subject to the policies of those platforms that may differ from the terms above.
