CHECK IN 3:00 PM - CHECK OUT 11:00 AM , If Available we do have early Check in & Check out for a $25 fee, please contact the office for more information. Subject to Availability 

A TEXT MESSAGE WILL BE SENT TO THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON YOUR RESERVATION AROUND 3PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WITH YOUR ROOM NUMBER AND THE 4 DIGIT ACCESS CODE FOR CHECK IN. UPON ARRIVING, PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR ROOM AND PUT THE 4 DIGIT ACCESS CODE INTO THE KEYPAD ON THE DOOR. WE DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE FOR CHECK IN. IF IT IS AFTER 3PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TEXT MESSAGE FOR CHECK IN, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 540-297-1500 OR IF IT IS AFTER HOURS, CALL OUR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY LINE AT 540-297-1500. Option 9 

HOUSEKEEPING CHECKS ON GUESTS DAILY AFTER 10AM AND WILL PROVIDE TRASH REMOVAL AND BATH LINEN REPLACEMENT ONLY. PLEASE NOTE- IF YOU HAVE A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON YOUR DOOR, YOU WILL NOT BE CHECKED ON DUE TO POLICY.

PLEASE HANG THE "SERVICE ROOM" SIGN ON YOUR DOOR UPON DEPARTURE TO LET STAFF KNOW YOU HAVE LEFT

ACCESS TO AMENITIES IS NOT ALLOWED BEFORE CHECK IN. A FOB WILL BE IN YOUR ROOM AT CHECK IN TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE BOAT LAUNCH AND BEACH. IF YOU NEED TO LAUNCH YOUR BOAT BEFORE CHECK IN, PLEASE USE ONE OF THE TWO PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCHES LOCATED WITHIN 5 MILES OF OUR PROPERTY.

ALL BOAT SLIPS LOCATED AT THE BACK OF OUR INN ARE BY RESERVATION ONLY.

PET FRIENDLY ROOMS REQUIRE PROOF OF RABIES SHOTS AND PETS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE BY CALLING OUR OFFICE AT 540-297-1500. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF UP TO $250 FOR NON-REGISTERED PETS.

Dogs are not allowed on the beaches or at the pool. 

Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.

If you are in a pet friendly room, pets must be registered before arrival and must be crated if left alone.

Recreational drug use is not permitted on property.

Alcohol use is not permitted on property outside your room unless it is in a covered container/cup. This is a family resort.  

No smoking in rooms. There will be up to a $250 charge applied if evidence is found of smoking in our rooms. 

Loud music is not permitted in rooms or outside in common areas.

Wristbands are required while on beaches or at the pool (in season) These are located in your room upon check in. 

Please leave the fob in your room when checking out.  There will be a $25 charge for unreturned fobs.

We are not responsible for lost belongings or any injuries while you are on our property.

A mandatory fee of $250 will be charged if:

-PETS ARE NOT REGISTERED IN ADVANCE AND PET FEE NOT PAID

-SMOKING IN ROOM

-ROOM DAMAGE, THEFT, OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIRED

Management reserves the right to ask you to leave the property if these terms and conditions are violated or you are disrespectful to any staff members.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds on or after arrival.  Cancelations requested more than 72 hours before your arrival date will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, but are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for the entire stay.

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
