Cancellation Policy

Cancellations – 

• 21 days or more before check-in: Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee.

• 7–20 days before check-in: Cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee per booked night, to a maximum of 4 nights' charge.

• 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation is non-refundable.

• Less than 3 days before check-in: Reservations are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: Reservations will be held for 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time. After that, the reservation will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

• Date Changes: One courtesy date change is permitted outside of the cancellation penalty period, subject to availability.
