Cancellation Policy

Nightly Reservations: A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Alternatively, guests may choose a rain check for the full deposit amount to be applied toward a future stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Weekly Reservations: A $75 deposit is required at booking. Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival are eligible for a refund less a $25 cancellation fee, or the guest may choose a rain check for the full $75 deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit.

Monthly Reservations: A $100 deposit is required at booking. Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival are eligible for a refund less a $25 cancellation fee, or the guest may choose a rain check for the full $100 deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Rain checks have no cash value and are applied toward a future stay.
