The campground was well maintained, bathrooms/showers were very clean, staff was helpful and welcoming. We were there on a weekend into mid week and it was quiet the whole time. Monday-Thursday, there were very few campers, so it was extra quiet. Close to the dunes. There was no cell service (for T Mobile) and wifi had to be purchased, but it was worth it to be able to use our phones. I would recommend Hideaway Campground to anyone.

Our first stay at Hideaway was absolutely fantastic! The campground is beautiful, well maintained, and even on an extremely busy weekend, it was peaceful and enjoyable. Our neighbors were respectful, and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxing escape. We’re already looking forward to making this a tradition for years to come!

Overall a great place especially for families. Lots of people and kids but still not too loud. The bar up front is a nice touch. Bathrooms and showers were what you’d expect at a campground. Tent spot wasn’t level and the amount that the security lady driving by every 10 minutes seemed like a bit much.

Great family campground. Restaurant was absolutely delicious, Pizza Factory pizza excellent. Would have loved it more if it had full hookup. The other campgrounds have "escorted" us to our site and shown us the best way to pull in or back in, was not an option.

Campsite was so uneven it was hard to pitch our tent somewhere that made sense. Also the bathrooms were nasty. The environment was cool tho. We couldn’t leave past be ourselves here and didn’t feel judged.
