While we make every effort to honor your specific site request, we do reserve the right to make changes to ensure that sites do not sit empty, or that guests with disabilities are given priority. All sites are subject to change or cancellation at discretion of Management.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Homestead Campground has a strict 15 Day cancellation/rescheduling policy for all sites. All refunds shall incur a $50 cancellation fee for all rv and tent sites and a $100 cancellation fee for all cabins. Reservations that are cancelled or rescheduled within 15 days of the reservation shall be completely non-refundable regardless of the reason. This includes but is not limited to illness/death, mechanical breakdown, changes to work schedules, etc. A written notice of cancellation must be received via our email address: homestead@i-realty.com. Any early departure during your stay will not be eligible for a refund. A refund will we processed to the original guest and credit card used to make the reservation. This cannot be changed at any point. Please note, we cannot offer early check ins or late check outs on any full hook up pull through sites, tent camping sites, or cabin rentals.
