Great biking trails and facilities, however the skill jump from the single Green trail to mid-level Blues was significant. In spite of the extreme heat, the glamping tent remained comfortable in the evening due to the AC. Distance from the tent to the shower/toilet facilities was a small pain. But my biggest grip is the NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK policy. Howler no longer has a food truck, so there's no food onsite, and for water they sell is $2 a bottle. I simply ignored the policy because it wasn't realistic, but they should get rid of it.
