Staff was super helpful and informative. We had a site in the back which was quiet and we had great neighbors. Spent a week there for a softball tournament. The pool was awesome although only one of them was heated. Wish they had a hot tub which was the only disappointment. Garbage situation was fine, they have dumpsters at the end of each row of trailers. It would be nice if the garbage people would roll them back father off the road. Hard to navigate all the parked cars and cans with a 40 foot trailer. We were super far away from the bathrooms though so we strictly used ours in the trailer and our shower. There were two unhoused people throughout the week that came and picked cans/bottles from the garbage's, other than that no riff raff. We left our cooler outside under our trailer for the whole week and no one messed with it. Super close to Delta park and the stores on Hayden Island. Yes you're in the flight path of PDX but it becomes white noise after a few hours. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion the staff is that the lawn mowing people could do a better job leaf blowing the lawn clippings. We had wet grass outside our trailer that kept tracking in after they mowed mid-week. Overall great stay.

The best was meeting two local characters, Chris n Bret (Brent?). They shared local walks and even local free jazz shows. Aside from that, we found the neighborhood was rough. Everyone we talked to mentioned the need to lock everything up! Bathroom was clean.
