Bathroom was always clean. Lawn and picnic tables were set up and showed nicely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will look forward to staying next year.

No map of RV spots when I arrived, bathrooms were locked, no one answered the phone. Just a bad experience.

Bathrooms clean and warm. The water was easy to control, considering other RV Parks where they only have a push button system. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We are planning to return again in two weeks.

The pool rules were crazy stupid. The airplanes were constant. The park worked only b/c it was close to the airport. Beyond that I wouldn't stay there again.

It is a very crowded place. It was ok for the one night but we would not have liked to stay there longer. It is clean. We did not use the restrooms. The pool looked nice. This is probably only an issue for my dog since she likes to chase cats. There were cats everywhere and it made my dog crazy who was on a leash. It was hard to walk her around with all of the loose cats.

Easy to make a reservation, check in, and early reminders for checking in.

Pretty campground with clean, we'll maintained campsites and laundry room. Although this campgrond welcomes pets there isn't a designated dog walking area. The location is under the flight path of airplanes departing the airport every few minutes but they did not keep me awake at night even with my windows open. The location has plenty of shopping options just a short walk away.

The campground is occupied by residents who live there and also weekend visitors. Some of the areas were quite run down and unkept. The facilities were ok, with laundry and showers available. Also had a pool which was a perk. Biggest downside is all of the homeless people lurking around the overflowed dumpsters at all hours of the day and scooping out campsites. The price was fair but I would not stay here again. Would much rather just state at a state park campground.

The stay was great. Although it is also a mobile home park, RVs are on a different side, so there isn’t much interplay. There are 3 pools, all of them are together in one area. Restrooms are clean, and cleaned daily. Same with the laundry, pool area, and exercise room. Despite reviews that I read on Google, the office was very prompt in handling an issue that I encountered on arrival—Marilyn (sp?) was always helpful and available. My stay there with my family was great!

Total disappointment. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were told we could not get a gate code, use the restroom, or access the showers because office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM—even though the facility is secured by a keypad entry system. Apparently, if you arrive after 5:00 PM, you’re on your own. I guess that means using the bushes if nature calls. This setup is completely impractical for people who actually work during normal business hours and can’t arrive before 5:00 PM. Telling customers to “come early or don’t come at all” is not a reasonable solution. Very frustrating and incredibly unhelpful.

Very noisy and really didn’t feel comfortable that was was a safe neighborhood.

Good location if you have plans in Portland. Otherwise, it’s a mostly mobile home park, no privacy, in airport flight path, train noise and smells like oil refinery in morning. Basic full hook ups and level asphalt pads and price was less than most other places. So if you are just looking for a place to sleep while you see Portland this place is right for you.

The staff is so professional and wonderful. I love staying at Jantzen RV park and have been for over 12 years.

We were very happy with our stary. Even, with the wind and rain, the campsite was very clean and we were able to do staff around the area. Thank you for having us. Keep the good work going.
