Front desk lady was kind, warm and professional. Grounds were clean and gym was great

The park itself is nice but there is a real cat issue at the park. They are everywhere.

good but no shade at 806 should give out codes automatically.

checked in at 6:30pm, no afterhours way to use the restrooms,showers ,laundry,pool. Won't be back

We had a nice stay.

Place was nice and clean but permanent planes starting, up to one every 30 sec (!) at 5 am. Also train traffic in the night.

As soon as we arrived we were told that ebikes were a hot commodity. There is so much noise here, large tug boat horns, many auto transport trucks clanking down the road military jets flying over routinely, there was a dumpster in our site that was over flowing and an electric box on the other side that made getting in tricky. Staff never gave us wifi access and my husband works fulltime remotely, we had tmobile and verizon and neither had great access there. Also, getting on the island with only one way in was a traffic nightmare. Only one staff member was remotely friendly during our week, and we encountered several. Bathroom keys kept malfunctioning and staff was unpleasant about replacing, bathrooms were not cleaned regularly. One neighbor had their cooler stolen, next night our other neighbor had their ebike stolen, cut thru their cable lock attached to their trailer at 3am, didnt even have the battery attached. Disappointment, keep hearing it used to be a great place.

We had a fantastic time. First, Tena provides fantastic hospitality and service. Secondly, everyone was quite friendly and the fasciitis are clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool and look forward to returning one day soon.

Staff was super helpful and informative. We had a site in the back which was quiet and we had great neighbors. Spent a week there for a softball tournament. The pool was awesome although only one of them was heated. Wish they had a hot tub which was the only disappointment. Garbage situation was fine, they have dumpsters at the end of each row of trailers. It would be nice if the garbage people would roll them back father off the road. Hard to navigate all the parked cars and cans with a 40 foot trailer. We were super far away from the bathrooms though so we strictly used ours in the trailer and our shower. There were two unhoused people throughout the week that came and picked cans/bottles from the garbage's, other than that no riff raff. We left our cooler outside under our trailer for the whole week and no one messed with it. Super close to Delta park and the stores on Hayden Island. Yes you're in the flight path of PDX but it becomes white noise after a few hours. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion the staff is that the lawn mowing people could do a better job leaf blowing the lawn clippings. We had wet grass outside our trailer that kept tracking in after they mowed mid-week. Overall great stay.

I was a little disappointed in lack security but I went to extremes protecting my stuff and nothing got stolen

The best was meeting two local characters, Chris n Bret (Brent?). They shared local walks and even local free jazz shows. Aside from that, we found the neighborhood was rough. Everyone we talked to mentioned the need to lock everything up! Bathroom was clean.

RV spot clean as well as bathrooms. Very loud jet noise & road noise.

Noisy and too brightly lit. Very long walk to the showers.

Clean. Nice pool. (A bit too much noise—airplanes & cars…..not in your control!)

Very clean site and helpful receptionist. Swimming pools were definitely a bonus but loses a star for the first night’s stay as couldn’t use the restrooms until we could get a swipe from the office at 9am the next morning.

Nice place to stay. Property was clean. Had no issues at all. Very accepting of our dog.

Park overall is convenient and nice, just unorganized. We had to go back to the office multiple times to get information that wasn't provided at check in. Staff seemed annoyed when we had questions about the bathroom access, pool entrance/pool times, and wifi. A Sheet of paper at check in with basic park info and pool information would have solved all of our questions and we wouldn't have had to go into the office.
