First of all, the office was closed when we pulled in, but we did have a packet and a tag. It was very confusing trying to find our spot even though it showed them on the map. None of the sites were numbered. The site that they assigned us would not fit in accommodate our RV there was nobody around us, so I tried to call them to see if we could change spots. Nobody answered, so we took the one next to it. It looks like somebody purchased an old RV park and they’re trying to do some renovations. There was no pool even though they said there was a pool in the description. The shower houses were in poor shape. It looked very unkempt. Doesn’t look like anybody’s picked up after previous campers. Very surprised that this is a Jellystone RV park. We won’t be back glad it was only one night.

We are in the process of improving the campground. Our new pool is under construction, but we have an older pool that is in use. We try to meet all guest expectations, but in the situation we failed to satisfy. I appreciate the comments and will talk with staff about the grounds and bathhouse.
