Satisfaction Rating

We had a day delay in our travels. We arrived a day late, and after hours. The camp host was there to help us and get us on a lot for the night. Great new utilities and flat lot with plenty of space to back out 35 ft. and left the truck hooked up. Beautiful area and campgrounds.

Satisfaction Rating

The campground was nice, clean and quiet. The check in/check out process needs improvement. The confirmation email lacked important information like site #, check in time, check out time, etc. It stated the office was open 10am-4pm. we arrived at 3:30pm to an empty office. We rang the doorbell and waited over 10 minutes for a worker to show up only to have him leave to get access to a computer. to get our site information. The check in was very unorganized. We weren't told of any of the amenities on the grounds. The bathroom/shower was very far from our site PT2. The WIFI service needs to be improved - very poor. It seems that the campground was more for long term or seasonal campers.
