Refund Policy

Cancellation – More Than 7 Days Before Arrival

Reservations canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund of all monies paid, minus non-refundable fees and a $25 cancellation fee.  Non-Refundable Fees include the reservataion fee, Site Lock/Site Guarantee Fee, and any other fee that states non-refundable.  All refundable amounts will be returned to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

 

Early Departure 

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the nature of our reservation system and our commitment to honoring all booked stays, we do not issue refunds, credits, or discounts for early departures—regardless of the reason.

 

Inclement Weather 

At Jellystone Park™ South Haven, we are a rain-or-shine destination. Many of our activities, attractions, and amenities remain open during light to moderate weather, and our team is committed to helping families make the most of their stay no matter the forecast.

Because weather is a natural part of the camping experience, we do not issue refunds, credits, or discounts for inclement weather. This includes, but is not limited to: rain, wind, cooler temperatures, storms, or other naturally occurring weather conditions.
