CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully: 

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $20 PROCESSING FEE

Cancellations made 31 DAYS OR MORE before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee. Deposits paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check will be refunded within 10 business days. Deposits paid by check will be refunded 30 days after the process date.

Cancellations made 3 to 30 days before arrival date will be charged for one night and a $20 processing fee. You will receive a camp credit for the remainder of your deposit. (MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE). 

Cancellations made 48 HOURS OR LESS before arrival date the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

FORMAL GROUP RESERVATION PROGRAM: NO REFUNDS, NO SITE /DATE CHANGES AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID - NO EXCEPTIONS
