People were super nice and accommodating. Was looking forward to going in the pool but the weather didn't permit that. We'll definitely go back. It was really quiet which was a nice surprise.

This resort is nestled in the privacy of a corn field located just outside Kingsburg, Ca. The photos show a beautiful river. There was no water in the river during our 3 day stay unless you count the water from 24 hours of rain. The internet never worked during our stay. It was quiet and pretty empty minus the regular residents which comprise about 1/3 of the total resort. I don’t think we’ll make return visit. Our neighbor did report that the hosts were very kind and accommodating for her. I appreciate that.
