    From our arrivalto the time we left, Chris and Marcy were right there to help us with anything we needed. They made sure we knew about any and every venue and attraction the area had to offer, and who knew there were so many?!?! Unfortunately, the local power company had a planned outage from 11pm-8am. Even though their rules did not allow anyone to run generators in the camp, they made sure we could that night. Overall, both the facilities and staff were exceeding our expectations while we wree there! By the way, my generator did not work that night, but Chris went out of his way to try and help me get it going. Thanksully, we did ot really need it because of the wonderful weather. Please!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in at Kootenai River Campground. Tell Chris and Marcy the Burkharts and Moores sent you!

    Very kind, knowledgeable, helpful owners. Deluxe cabin was far more than I could have hoped for. Area is a gem to explore in summer -- with pristine swimming holes everywhere along the way.

    Chris and Marcie were absolutely the best hosts we could have hoped for They went out of there way to help us in any way they could to make our stay enjoyable The campground was well maintained and had all of the conveniences one could ask for Susan and I highly recommend the Kootenai River Campground and will be back!!

    The service that Chris and Marcey provided was absolutely spectacular. They printed us out maps and told us where all the hidden gems were in the area. The cabin we stayed in was clean, cozy and warm. Highly recommend any body to stay at the kootenai river campground.
