Refund Policy

LCRA Parks Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees.
Reservations cancelled between 29 and eight (8) days prior to the arrival date will forfeit fifty percent of their payment, plus any applicable transaction fees.
Refunds and/or reservation transfers will not be given if any cancellations are made seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservation Date Changes and Transfers                                                                                                                                                            Reservation date changes and transfers can only be made eight (8) days or more out from arrival date. Changes or transfers requested seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be honored.

No Shows
Refunds will not be given for no show reservations. Reservations will be cancelled for guests who do not check in at the park by noon on the day following your scheduled arrival date. Please contact park staff at 512-473-3366 if you plan to arrive later than your scheduled arrival date.
