Everything was great. Bathrooms were mostly clean. Maybe I didn’t access the map like I should have but I would have gotten a spot closer to the lake had the map been easier to read or see spot locations. Overall we were satisfied and will stay again in the future.

Clean, friendly staff. There was a storm that hit a few weeks prior. You could tell they worked hard to clean the mess to get ready for the festivities. Local law enforcement and local Fire/EMS had a strong presence during the 4th and it was well known to family and friends.

Bathrooms were kept clean. The trash was picked up and emptied regularly. Lots of shade, friendly and attentive staff.

We arrived on Monday, after the tornado had passed through on Sunday evening. The staff at the lake had done a great job clearing our campsite so we could get in with no problem. They worked through the week, making sure campsites were cleared out. The Fire Department came in on Thursday and helped, and then some city workers arrived on Friday to help. Given the amount of damage from the tornado, the staff did outstanding work to get things operational again while also dealing with the rain.

Park was mowed and kelp clean. Showers and bathrooms on east side was clean. Only negative is there's many dead standing trees. That could easily end up on a camper or someone
