CABINS - Pet Policy

At OSU’s Lake Carl Blackwell, we are committed to providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To support this commitment, we enforce a strict No Pet Policy BUT we have made an exception in two cabins for our animal loving patrons: 

1. PET POLICY EXCEPTION:

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in CABINS 00 LAKEVIEW LODGE, and 16 TUMBLEWEED TRANQUILITY. 

2. Service Animals
We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. Only dogs individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are recognized as service animals and are permitted. Please note that emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under this policy.

3. Guest Responsibility
Guests who bring pets into cabins that do not permit pets, will be required to remove them immediately. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or eviction from OSU Lake Carl Blackwell premises.

4. Cleanliness and Safety
This policy is in place to protect guests from allergens, ensure safety, and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout our facilities.

5. Exceptions for Medical Needs
If a guest has a medical necessity involving an animal, please contact OSU Lake Carl Blackwell management prior to arrival to discuss potential accommodations.

6. Policy Enforcement
Our staff is trained to apply this policy consistently and respectfully. Your cooperation helps us maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
