Cancellation Policy
To enhance our reservation experience and provide accurate availability information, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:
Up to14 days before your scheduled arrival: Full refund minus booking fee.
13 days to 6 days prior to scheduled arrival: A refund minus $25 processing fee.
5 days to 1 day before your scheduled arrival: A one-night deposit will be charged, and the balance of the reservation will be refunded.
For notices of less than 1 day or in the event of a ‘No-show’: The full reservation fee will be charged in the event of a ‘no-show’ or if a guest provides less than 24 hours notice. Additionally, after the second failure to honor a reservation without prior cancellation notice will result in the inability to book future reservations, and any existing reservations will be forfeited.
If you opt to modify or reschedule your reservation dates less than 14 days before arrival, the policy aligns with our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Marina Store or Campground Host at (217) 324-5441 during business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email. Reservations cannot be sold or transferred.
