Satisfaction Rating

Pleasant oasis to regroup after several days of boondocking. Substantial shade structures closely adjacent to each site that provide relief from the hot desert sun. Just keep an eye on them when pulling in or out of your site if you have a tall rig. Small pool to cool off in, a neat convenience store with essentials and travel information, and a pleasant & courteous staff. Would stay here again if in the area.

A great property. Friendly & helpful owners. Well maintained sites, pool, hot tub & bath areas. Sites were close together & only 2 showers but there wasn’t a wait problem during our stay.

  • Monthly Snowbird Rate

    As a snowbird you will love a discounted long term stay with us for 30 days or more at 50%-60% off the standard nightly rates for up to 90 days during our winter season. Please keep in mind that this discount does not include use of the pool, spa or showers. At this level of discount we must charge an additional $5 per night for the use of the pool, spa and shower facilities. This additional charge policy only applies for monthly rates and will appear on your invoice as an added charge. If you would prefer the use of these facilities on a pay per use basis instead of being charged up front please let us know. The per use charge will be $7.50 per person per use for the pool & spa and $10 per person per use for the showers. Nightly and weekly rates have unrestricted access to all of our resorts amenities.

    Our Snowbirds enjoy a 25% discounted rate during the winter when booking a 7 day stay or more! This discount applies from the last week of October until the end of February.
