Cancellation Policy

To provide fairness to all guests and maintain park operations, Lakehouse RV Park follows the cancellation guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all reservations for cabins, pods, and RV sites unless otherwise stated in a special promotion or group agreement.

Standard Cancellation Policy
     •   Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
     •   Cancellations made 3–13 days before check-in: Refund of 50% of the total reservation amount.
     •   Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before check-in: No refund.
     •   No-shows and early departures: No refunds provided.

Additional Notes
     •   Modifications to reservation dates must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and are subject to availability.
     •   Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for added protection.
     •   Group bookings and special events/holidays may have custom cancellation policies stated in the contract.
     •   Weather-related cancellations: Lakehouse RV Park does not refund for weather unless a state-mandated evacuation is in effect. Again, purchase travel insurance for inclement weather.
