Refund Policy

Camping is an outdoor activity. Refunds or credits will not be issued for natural conditions or circumstances beyond the campground’s control.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

Weather or inclement conditions
River conditions or water levels
Drought
Power outages
Acts of nature
Illness or health issues
Pandemics
Personal or family emergencies
Vehicle or travel issues
Third-party RV or travel trailer rental issues
Terrorist activities
Strikes, lockouts, or riots
Acts of war
Earthquakes, fires, or explosions
Any other event beyond campground control

If you are concerned about the possibility of cancelling part or all of your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Inclement weather
Early departures
Late arrivals
Failure to follow campground Rules & Regulations
Disorderly conduct or eviction
Reservation changes after check-in

Late arrivals do not qualify for discounts or refunds.

Management reserves the right to review and determine all refund requests at its sole discretion. In certain situations, Camping Credit may be issued instead of a refund.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Camping Credit Policy

Camping Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Credits cannot be used for Day Use passes or store merchandise.
Credits may only be redeemed once.
Any unused portion of a credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Reservations made using Camping Credit cannot be cancelled for additional credit or a refund.

To apply a Camping Credit toward a new reservation or additional nights, please contact the campground office.

Please Note: Our reservation system does not currently support online Camping Credit redemption, but our office staff will gladly assist in applying your credit.
