Terms and Conditions:

Pets are not allowed for short-term guests.

Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.

Pets may be allowed for approved monthly guests during winter months, subject to management approval and campground pet policies.

All approved pets must be kept on a leash at all times, may not disturb other guests, and owners must clean up after their animals immediately.

Aggressive animals or pets that create disturbances may be required to leave the property immediately.

- No refunds will be issued if you choose to shorten your stay due to weather, natural events, illness, or other circumstances beyond the campground’s control.

Glass containers, fireworks, and firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited.

The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground at all times for safety and dust control.

By order of the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (W.O.R.D.), glass, Styrofoam, and 5 oz plastic containers are not permitted in the river.

Rope swings, water slides, hot tubs, swimming pools, or similar structures are not permitted.

Do not cut, damage, or trim any trees, grapevines, or campground structures. Fines will be assessed for any violations.

Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. No music is permitted during quiet hours.

Friday & Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

All fires must be contained within designated fire pits or fire rings provided at each campsite. Open ground fires are not allowed.

Do not cross any boundary fences. Private property exists beyond fence lines and must not be entered.

Do not discard cigarette butts or litter on the ground, including at your campsite.

Unlicensed motorized vehicles such as minibikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, or four-wheelers are not permitted.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are permitted but must follow all campground rules.

Operators must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Golf carts must remain on designated campground roads only.

Excessive speeding, reckless driving, or unsafe operation will not be tolerated.

Respect fellow guests. Please do not walk through occupied campsites or engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

The responsible party will be held liable for any damages to campground property.
-
Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property due to fire, theft, accidents, or natural events.
-
Reservations are not contingent upon water levels or availability of river recreation activities.
-
Management reserves the right to remove any guest for misconduct or violation of campground rules without refund.
