Nice and close to the Redwoods! It also has beach access which is a huge plus. You can hear some road noise but wasn't too bad.

Nice park with a beach on the bay, good folks in the office and clean, warm bathrooms. What more could you want?

Friendly staff but no internet. Washers were all out of order. It was quiet and nicely located.

Park managers were very nice. Park was clean. Light house was very noisy with horn blowing all night.

Nice spot on the bay. Try to get waterfront if you can, for better views. Not many amenities to this park, but the staff was friendly and all the basics are here. Good location, close to the Lighthouse, Park, Town and Public Pool.

Everything was great but would have liked and appreciated a military discount

Lighthouse Cove is a perfect spot to relax! Close to a quiet beach and there is a great bike trail that goes to the harbor and to the lighthouse. It’s also in close proximity to the main road so we could easily explore the Redwoods.

Although the staff were very friendly the place is a lot more run down than their online photos appear, the grass is all dead throughout and it just looked run down. There was lots of traffic noise and construction noise as this location is located right in town, u can’t hear the ocean but you can hear the electric beeping foghorn that beeps every 10 seconds 24/7 but I did get used to that after a day. We rented a fire pit for 5 dollars per night when we booked the reservation, they had to load it in our RV when we arrived along with the 10 dollar bundles of wood, then at the end we had to empty it and return it to the front desk…I wondered what would have occurred if we arrived after hours. There are not a lot of nice RV options in the area and clearly they know this and are taking advantage.

Great location, full hook-ups, fair price.

An RV site only. We booked in as it the app said “tent sites” but when we arrived the spot allocated wasn’t a tent site. The neighbour told us it was too dangerous to try and camp there. No one answered the after hours phone number.

My e-bike was stolen from a locked bike rack. (They succeeded on their 2nd attempt.) Other neighbors reported this is a recurring problem even though there is supposed to be security at night. Sites are not cleaned between visitors! All of the washing machines were out of order. Access to the beach is not easy as you have to climb through shrubbery and over broken slabs of concrete to reach the sand. All in all a very disappointing experience. We will not return.
