Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: 

• EARLY DEPARTURE does not automatically provide a refund
• The $3.50 booking fee is non-refundable

14-Day cancellation notice: If you need to cancel your reservation with us, you must do so 14 days prior to your check in date for a full refund, minus the $3.50 booking fee. If you keep your funds as a credit on your account with us to use for a future reservation, you will not be charged the $3.50 booking/cancellation fee. 

7-Day cancellation notice: If you need to cancel your reservation with us, you must do so 7 days prior to your check in date for a partial refund of 50% of your deposit or fully-paid reservation, minus the $3.50 booking fee. If you keep your funds as a credit on your account with us to use for a future reservation, you will not be charged the $3.50 booking/cancellation fee. 

We realize things come up that require guests to cancel or reschedule accommodations.  Let us know as soon as you know of a schedule change and we will do our best to make accommodation changes.
