Welcome to the Overlook Cabin! Perfectly located atop a ridge to ensure unparalleled views of the picturesque countryside below, and on clear days, the Sangre de Cristo mountain range beyond! Inside, the living area offers expansive vistas of the surrounding countryside, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area. Relax by the fire pit on your personal outdoor deck, where Adirondack chairs beckon for leisurely evenings under the starlit sky. The cabin is equipped with a single bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed. For additional sleeping, there is a convenient pullout sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to four guests. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure in the great outdoors, the Overlook Cabin is here for your next getaway. *Please note that the cabins are completely smoke free and are not pet-friendly. Parking is available for one car. Specific cabin numbers cannot be reserved or locked. There will be some road noise from Route 9, located below. Cabin

Meet the Peakview Cabin, set in the midst of native junipers and pinyon pines with a backdrop of the majestic mountains beyond. Nestled amidst this picturesque landscape, your A-frame cabin offers serene views of the surrounding countryside. Step outside to your outdoor area, equipped with a picnic table, propane fire pit, and inviting Adirondack chairs. Inside, your cozy cabin features a living area with a kitchenette and a private bathroom and shower. Retreat to the comfort of your 1-bedroom sanctuary, complete with a queen-size platform bed with adjoining bathroom. There are additional sleeping accommodations in the living room on the queen sized pull out sofa. We recommend this cabin for a maximum of 2 adults, and 2 children. Please note that the cabins are completely smoke free and are not pet-friendly. Parking is available for one car. Specific cabin numbers cannot be reserved or locked. For accessibility reasons, please be aware that there are steps into the cabin, and two steps up to the bed. These unique glamping pods offer a peaceful mountain retreat with a queen bed, linens and towels, air conditioning & heat, mini fridge & freezer, Keurig coffee setup, and beautiful valley views. Privacy blinds are included on the door, and windows, for added comfort during your stay. Outside, relax around your private fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table while enjoying Colorado sunsets and star filled skies. Shared bathhouses with hot showers are located nearby, and guests also have access to the resort pool, hot tub, camp store, and laundromat. Welcome to Valley View—a small A-frame cabin with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. This cozy, rustic space is perfect for a simple getaway with the essentials you need to relax. Perfect for couples, road trippers, and adventure seekers looking for a simple, memorable Colorado getaway with a little extra comfort. Sleeps up to 2 guests. Please note: The Adventure Pods are a glamping experience and do not include a private bathroom or running water inside the pod.

Set up camp at your Premium Pull-Through RV Site! Sites # 14-18 can accommodate 65' motorhomes and 5th wheel trailers with ease, and still have plenty of parking and outdoor living space. These spaces are Big-rig friendly. They are not recommended for travel trailers or motorhomes under 30'. Sites # 67-71 are shaded by native junipers and pines in a quiet area on the west side of the park. They can accommodate 20'- 45' motorhomes and travel trailers. Complete with water, electric, and sewer hook-ups (30/50 Amp), you'll have everything you need to make yourself comfortable during your stay. A picnic table on a concrete pad, charcoal grill, and fire pit with seating area, complete this pet-friendly site. When you're not enjoying the great outdoors, connect to complimentary wi-fi!

Premium Back-In RV Sites are very spacious, with beautiful views and no neighbors on one side. These sites are the largest on the property as measured in square feet at a minimum of 75' long. They can accommodate 55' motorhomes and 5th wheel trailers with ease, and still have plenty of parking and outdoor living space. These spaces are Big Rig friendly. If you know how to back up your unit, these are the best sites. Complete with water, electric, and sewer hook-ups (30/50 Amp), you'll have everything you need to make yourself comfortable during your stay. Set up camp at your Water & Electric Pullthrough Site! These are set amongst trees and are best for small Class C and towable trailers, vans, and pop up campers. Complete with water, 30 Amp electric, and free access to our dump station, you'll have everything you need to make yourself comfortable during your stay. Sites in the 60's and 70's, have a small concrete pad under the picnic table, a charcoal grill, and benches around the fire pit. Sites in the 80's have just a picnic and fire pit.

Set up camp at your Water & Electric Site! These are set amongst large trees and are best for pop-up trailers, and small towable trailers. Complete with water, electric, and free access to our dump station (30 Amp), you'll have everything you need to make yourself comfortable during your stay. A picnic table, and fire pit complete this pet-friendly site. When you're not enjoying the great outdoors, connect to complimentary wi-fi!

Tent

Opt for a truly unplugged getaway with our off the grid Van & Tent sites! Located in the back of the park, the tent sites are surrounded by trees, and some have beautiful views of the mountain range beyond. Each site comes with a fire ring, and some have picnic tables. The sites are gravel, and are dry, with no electricity or water access. The bathhouse is a good distance away from the tent sites, so prepare for a beautiful walk and bring a flashlight. Only one tent and one vehicle per site.
