Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a strict cancellation and refund policy: Booking requires a 50% deposit. Cancellation of your booking must happen 3 months prior to the date of your booking to receive a full refund on your booking deposit. Bookings cancelled between one and three months prior to the booking date will receive a 50% refund on deposit paid. Bookings cancelled between one week and one month prior to the booking date will receive a 20% refund on deposit paid. No refund can be made when a booking is cancelled under one week before the booking date. A refund will not be issued for non attendance by campers within your group regardless of the reason for their failure to attend.
