Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted by phone at 828-586-6666 during business hours. Emails will not be accepted.

Please understand that we are a small campground and last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on us.  We understand that cancellations will occur and hope that you understand the impact on our business.

• All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid. No additional administrative fees will be charged. Reservations may be rescheduled one time only, based on availability. Rescheduled stays must occur within the same camping season, before October 1st, and cannot be moved to a holiday weekend. All changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation start date.

• Deposits/Reservations are not transferable to another guest

• No Shows will be charged for the entire amount of reservation.

• The balance of the reservation is due upon arrival and is non-refundable after check-in.
