Terms & Conditions

  • Office Hours are 10:00AM to 8:00PM.

  • All RVs must be checked in and parked before the office closes at 8PM

  • Check-In Time is 2 PM. Please no early arrivals.

  • Check-Out Time is 11AM- We do not offer Late Check-Outs.

  • The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH for all vehicles, E-bikes, bikes, and motorcycles. Please stay on the roadway at all times.

  • QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Please note that parking space is limited, and visitor parking is subject to availability only.

  • We are a Dark Sky campground. Please turn off ALL OUTSIDE lights by 9:00 PM or when you go in for the evening.

  • RVs and vehicles must be confined to your site and must not extend into other campsites or roadways. No parking on empty sites.

  • No Sleeping tents permitted on RV sites. Screen rooms and Pop-up gazebos are welcome but cannot be staked down.

  • No Trailers on Tent sites.

  • Extra vehicles/trailers/motorcycles/and guests will be $10.00 per night.  

    • Please call the office to check availability. Parking is limited and only subject to availability.

  • Occupancy:

    • RV sites: 6 Maximum (2A,2C include in rate) for RV Sites, 1 RV & 1 Vehicle.

    • Tent sites: 2Adults & 2Children OR 3 Adults (2A,2C include in rate), 1 Tent & 1 vehicle per tent site. (excludes sanctuary).

    • Rentals: 2 Adults & 2 Children OR 3 Adults. (2A,2C include in rate). (Excludes Sanctuary)

  • Sanctuary guests: 2 Adults only, no kids, no pets, no visitors. Small car/SUV only. No trucks or large SUV's. Must arrive and check in before office closes at 8pm.

  • Please do not hang items from trees, bushes, or shelters. Hammocks only if they have a stand.

  • Sewer connections must have a watertight connection. Rubber donut, sealing collar, or threaded adapter.

  • PETS: 

    • Please do not allow children under 12 to walk pets unsupervised.

    • Must be leashed at ALL times, 6ft max for leash. Please pick up after your pet. 

    • Pet Fencing no larger than 10ft x10ft. Do not leave unattended outside. No not leave pets in Tents.

    • 3-pet limit per site. No Aggressive breeds: Full or mixed:  Including but not limited to Pit Bull, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Wolf or non-domesticated breeds.  Any dog breed displaying aggressive behavior may be asked to leave at management’s discretion.    

    • Excessive or disruptive barking is NOT permitted. Guests are responsible for keeping their dogs under control and preventing excessive or disruptive barking. If your dog is barking continuously or disturbing other guests, you will be contacted and expected to come to your site immediately to address the situation. If the barking continues or becomes a repeated disturbance, management may require the guest to make other arrangements for the pet or leave the campground.

  • NO SWIMMING IN POND. ONLY ENTER CREEK AT DESIGATED AREA located at the Playground. Stay between yellow markers. PLEASE STAY OFF THE BANKS and do not move rocks or build dams.

  • Golf Carts, UTVs and 4-wheelers are PROHIBITED.

  • Alcoholic beverages, Smoking, and Vaping are permitted on your site only.

  • Illegal DRUGS, including marijuana are NOT ALLOWED on property.

  • NO fireworks of any kind allowed, including sparklers.

  • DO NOT burn ANY trash in fire pits. Bag all trash and please NO Large items in dumpster.

  • Please keep the Bathhouse clean and report any problems to the office.

  • DO NOT cut any branches from trees or drag dead tree limbs from the woods.

  • NO RV Washing, car or truck washing allowed.

  • Only USDA Inspected Firewood will be allowed to be brought into the campground.  We have Firewood for sale at the Campstore. **DO NOT Move Firepits or Leave fire unattended.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  NO refund for early departure.  

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests. We are also not responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Any changes to reservations or cancellations must be made by calling the office at 828-586-6666. Emails are not accepted for changes or cancellations.
