Had my favorite spot right in the lake! Clean bathrooms and friendly town. Lots be camping here!

This is a busy campground but it was quiet and people were polite and friendly. We were allowed to set up before 3 pm (30 mins early) since our reserved site was empty. Fishing was spotty but it was nice on the lake. Only 2 things to mention. One, there is a bunch of goose poop on the shore which can't be helped. Two, the shore was shallow so only two boats were able to really use the docks. It would be nice if the docks went out further. Otherwise, a great stay. We will be back again hopefully.

The campsite was clean, easily accessible, as advertised, and the bathrooms were great- clean and easily accessible. My only issue is we did not get the spot we reserved. We reserved a spot on the end by the lake and were moved to a spot in the middle further away from all the things we planned for.

It would be a definite 5 star as the lots, lake view and property are very nice. The only downside is that there is goose poop pretty much everywhere! You can’t walk anywhere close to the water without having to watch very closely where you step.

Lovely area! Clean, convenient and fun things to do around the park. Also it was just a short drive to Moose Lake State Park. The town was great too!

Not the first nor the last time camping at Moose Lake. Love the ATV friendly town and trail systems. Sad the Mexican restaurant closed and Poor Gary’s pizza pub no longer delivers. Chicken wild rice pizza is awesome….so placed order and did pick up!!
