Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 72 hours or greater prior to scheduled check-in date of reservation will receive a credit for the full amount paid (no cancellation fee) when the reservation was booked. The credit is good for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards any future reservation pending availability of a site at the park. Booking and charges will be forfeited if canceled within 72 hours from the reservation date. No refunds will be given for any personal reasons, such as due to the discomforts of nature or due to personal preferences not being met.
