 Important Hours:

  • Check in time is 1:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

  • All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival. If checking-in outside of normal business hours, please visit the office when it is scheduled to re-open.

  • Although QUIET TIME is from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, guests are required to be courteous to other campers AT ALL TIMES. Music should be kept at a respectable volume. NO PROFANE music is allowed. 

Rules/Policies

  • Only registered campers and their guests are allowed in our park. “Day passes” to fish or utilize our facilities are NOT offered at this time.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

  • The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

  • Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site (6 people max).

  • All guests beyond 4 per site will be charged $10 dollars per head PER DAY (must pay at check-in)

  • 2 vehicles are allowed per camping site . All others will be charged $5.00 total and shall be parked in the designated areas located at the front of the park. 

  • Parking tags must be displayed/visible on the front dashboard of your vehicle for the duration of your stay.

  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

  • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.

  • Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is NOT allowed. If you have a mechanical issue, please see the front office for further assistance.

  • Washing RVs, boats, or vehicles on property is NOT allowed.

  • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. If cleaning fish, please use the designated area at the marina OR immediately and appropriately dispose of the remains to eliminate odor and unwanted wildlife.

  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight. Please utilize the dumpster located near the entrance of the park. If you need assistance with disposing of your trash bags, please notify an employee in the front office.

Pet Policy:

  • No more than 2 pets allowed at each campsite. (no additional charge)

  • Guests should ensure pets remain on a leash (at least 6’ long) or are secured at all times.

  • Excessive barking will NOT be tolerated. If this is a problem, a polite reminder will be issued. If it continues, you may be asked to exit the park with no refund given.

  • Please pick up any animal waste and dispose of it properly.

  • Pets are NOT allowed in the playground area, unless the pet is a registered service animal.

  • Pets are NOT allowed in the RV Park restrooms. If your pet needs to be cleaned, you may use the designated pet-washing station (free of charge) located next to the laundry room.

 Guests’ Expected Code of Conduct:

  • Public drunkenness, illegal drug use, foul or offensive language, nudity, explosives, fireworks, and firearms are not permitted and will not be tolerated.

  • Cannabis use anywhere outdoors within the park, or within any indoor facilities, is prohibited. 

  • Please do not throw trash into the fire ring (example: cans, cigarette butts, etc). 

  • Keep music at a respectable volume at all times.

  • Please do not share door codes for the restrooms and laundry room with people who are not paying guests at our park. This is for everyone’s safety.

Safety Warnings:

  • Absolutely NO SWIMMING is allowed at Morley Acres RV Park!

  • The Intracoastal Canal Waterway will have barge traffic daily. Strong, life-threatening currents are produced as these barges travel, therefore, you should NOT enter the water. 

  • If utilizing a personal watercraft, follow all boating safety rules and regulations.

  • MORLEY ACRES RV PARK is NOT responsible for any damage to your property (personal boats or any personal floating devices) caused by any vessel while on the waterway. 

  • Only guests who have booked/paid for the waterfront campsites are allowed to park a personal boat/floating devices at THEIR designated campsite. All other guests who have NOT reserved waterfront sites may use the Marina next door to launch/park your vessel (boat launch fee is to be paid at the time of launch at Morley Marina-$5.00 fee).

  • If utilizing the marina to park your watercraft, you are allowed to leave your vessel parked in the water at night, but MORLEY ACRES RV PARK nor MORLEY MARINA are responsible for any damage, theft, etc to your property. Please be mindful of other boaters and do not block the launch. The business owners have a right to refuse the boat launch service, if deemed necessary.

  • When fishing from your waterfront campsite, or on land at the marina next door, be mindful that water vessels always have the right of way.

  • Morley Acres is home to a variety of wildlife, such as alligators, snakes, raccoons, oppossums, just to name a few. Please be cautious and practice safety if you encounter any wildlife. Our facility is not responsible for injury or harm caused by wildlife. Refunds will not be given due to personal discomforts of nature.

Golf Carts:

  • All golf carts are required to stay on the park’s roads and may not be driven in grassy areas, nor on the children’s playground.

  • Gas and/or electric golf carts are allowed, but must be checked-in at the time of arrival. A fee of $10/day per cart will be added to your stay.

  • Golf carts must have functioning headlights and taillights to be operated at night and must not exceed the occupancy limits set by the manufacturer.

  • No 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, or side by sides allowed.

  • 5 mph speed limit will be enforced

  • Drivers must be 16 to operate a personal golf cart in the park.

  • All golf carts shall be parked from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Extended Stay:

  • Extended stays MUST be approved by the owners. It cannot be booked online.

  • All guests and visitors are subject to background screening verification. Management reserves the right to refuse service, entry, or occupancy to any individual with a prior felony conviction.

  • Management may request pictures of the RV in advance.

  • Extended stays can be requested in advance, but will be reassessed by the owners every 30 days.

  • Monthly payments are due on the first day of your reservation. A late fee, which will be the rate of the occupied site, will be added to your stay each day until your monthly payment is submitted. The late fee amount will not be applied towards your monthly rate that is due.

  • The following items are not allowed at campsites: wooden steps/porches, deep freezers, excessive amounts of outdoor decor (park management's discretion), such as flower pots, flags, etc.

  • The use of power tools, such as chainsaws, skill saws, etc. are not allowed on the site.

  • Building objects or structures of any kind, whether to be kept on or off the property, is not allowed.

  • Permanent residency is not allowed.

  • Only two vehicles are allowed at the paid campsite. This includes trailers, boats, etc. 

  • Not all extended stay inquiries will be granted.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

  • The cost for any rental is to be paid in full upon making a reservation.

  • Cancellation 72 hours or greater prior to scheduled check-in date of reservation – receive a credit for the full amount of the deposit made when reservation was booked. The credit is good for one (1) year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards any future reservation pending availability of a site at the resort.  No refunds will be given.

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled check-in date of reservation –no refunds.
