Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. 
  • No refunds will be given for:
    • Early departures
    • Weather conditions
    • Utility outages beyond campground control (including water, electric, or internet)
    • Guest dissatisfaction due to rule enforcement 
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. 
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. 
  • Processing fees are non-refundable.
